Why do only 15 bots spawn if I create a server? Can't I spawn more than that?

And following up, yes I have tried to redownload the mod and tried verifying game files. Nothing worked.

Uh.. It's broke? It just doesn't load flat out now. The bots don't use cosmetics or weaponry, they are just stock bots. Not even the pause button (enter) works anymore.

This mod is intended for offline play only. (There is also a version for dedicated servers that are only managed by the server owner.) You can't use bots to obtain items but you can play offline and still get drops.
