As Miami Mike and GunbTech say... you can use the glassed funnel from the second level for all your third level needs

Nice vertical test. The exit felt a little abrupt; instead of jumping down, you could have reversed that first gravity funnel for a nice leasurely ride back to the start...

I think you should try my Elevated+, it's GLD7 Level 2++ :D and has a neat solution. This reminded me of it a little. BTW, first tractor on 2nd level is unnecessary, you still have a portal from the 2nd one from first level. But it's OK, it works as backup if you lose your portals.

Fun! It may have been because I had just played a bad level (or in my eyes, at least), but this was a good level (yada yada yada).
