Yes but you have to make the text with no extrusion first. Then you would have to manually replace the curves using either arch are the beer curve plug in specifying the number of segments. 12 segments should be fine. I will look to see if any plug-ins exist to lower the resolution of the text. Also, you can look for fonts that have less curves or curve segments.

Hi. You can make the sign lighter by reducing the curve segments. That's what I did for my factory sign. It looks great btw.
