If you can't pick the bag up it's probably because you can't have over 50 encumbrance I believe

I have the same issue with not being able to pick up a full bag, I managed to "fix" this by picking it up when empty

this mod makes me unable to disassemble electronics. the UI will say no tools required and after 'disassembling' it the item goes into my inventory fully intact, and I get errors in console. works fine when I disable this mod.
