i agree with the guy who said +20% damage and - 20% firing speed. but i think it would be interesting that for a set bonus the -20% firing speed goes away.

To add a sense of survival, my version of this weapon's stats make it exclusively for support-snipers, making the sniper weaker against other snipers, but more powerful against classes that rely on hit-and-run tactics, the sniper's most powerful close-range threats.
