My folder name was steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\WorkshopContent\511006739.
For anyone having trouble, just search for oribellconfig in the WorkShopContent folder.
Если у вас русский язык в игре, то это нормально. Вообще с ним играть не рекомендуется, потому что появляются и рандомные, и стабильные вылеты. Увы, я их чинить уже не буду. Мод затачивался под игру с английским языком.
And one more thing - there's no any workshop in original base, so you will play the mod as it meant to be played - no any useless weapon packs/mutators and etc. I think, you can imagine how we're pissing off, when we see how other players really messing up the gameplay with those mods when they're not supposed to be here. So, that's about it! Hope I have explained everything clear.
- We're just working with standalone version of Gringomarket, and AWP base is more stable than Complete by many reasons. Some of the Complete features will be included here too.
And yes, the Complete is optimized so freakin bad. I remember the times when I playing the original Postal 2 and AWP on my slowliest PC (512 ram, Radeon 9500 with 128 ram and etc) without any troubles. But when I decided to run Complete on this "slow-ass" - oh my goood, I was so confused - 10 FPS on original maps! And it was one (or a little bit more) year ago, but today it's still can lag so hard. Well, today I have a good PC, but hey.
Also, does this mean Postal 3 Unreal won't be on steam anymore?

Yes, I forgot to fix it, but I will fix it later. Just don't pickup newspaper there. Sorry for that.

@Adams: maybe your mutator should make use of the "MutatorIsAllowed()"-function
and great to see how my ScreenFX-Mod looks with good textures :D
