@RazzaQ sorry but your wrong. if your having the issue you need to re-install the mod as I have indicated. I for example do not have this problem as others do not have this problem. No, the mod is not corrupt, we have that issue as well, and many others admins i've heard with the issue, pocket fab cant be crafted on yourself anymore (it requires smithy prereq) but it can be crafted from a regular vanilla fab.

@Calaen that indicates that your mod files are corrupt or incomplete. You need to delete the mod from both the server and the client and re-install. If that does not resolve the issue then delete the mod from the server and upload a copy of the mod frmo your PC mods folder. If your using a windows server be sure to include both the .mod file and the mod folder(in this case: 510854250.mod and 510854250)

Is anyone else unable to create the pocket fab? When we have all of the ingredients, we do not get the craft button.. I don't know know if I should say the server name or not, but is this on the server or the mod side?

How do you use an IT mortar and Pestle? when i open it there are no engrams or anything---- and yes i have spark, gunp, cp, and narc

@LUCAS you put meat and poop in it.
To get an effecient rate of conversion I recommend putting enough stacks of meat in to fill the bin about half way (even if the stacks are small) and the rest with poop. Otherwise it will seem a bit slow for it's conversion rate. The spoiling isn't about 'rate or decay' it's a recepy that fires on a timer like any other crafting/conversion object.

no, I think folks can handle loosing those items.

Yea let me look at converting the stacks to vanilla and then at least you won't lose them, you'd still lose your forges, fabs and other structures though but I guess that's not a massive biggy?

@chi hard to manage stacks like that has folks tend to have lots. An item converter could help. Not exactly sure if you can still access root objects once they are replaced the way stacks replace other stacks, but in your new stacks mod you did something like that I think?

I think a way to convert text to a class would be useful, I haven't found a way to do that but it looks possible, the author of Ark Advanced seems to have done just that.

Being able to convert things back to vannila or best to another version would be a good tool, I was looking into this, but I guess I came up with the two above issues.

@Chi you mentioned that you loose everything when switching. Does that include the stacks? That could be problimatic.

@Manalo The other mod is actually an exact replica with a few added things in there - it's just done in a much better way than this and naming is diff as my knowledge of the ADK was very minor doing this one.

My advice would definitely be to switch mods when you can as it'll probably have less issues overall

@Chi man I really feel for you. I'd be happy to try to do a data mine on it. But if that isn't possible I'd be willing to help reconstruct what you've built here.

Manalo, yea everything is gone, drive error and wasn't recoverable had to get a new drive, I tried doing a recovery on it but nothing useful was recoverable. It's my own fault for not backing them up!

Chi, did the files to your new stacks mod survive? This really sucks that you lost everything. Did you replace the drive or reinstall ontop of the old one? If you replaced it the files might still be recoverable. I noticed some other contributars, I take it no one else has the files as well? Not to mention you don't have the time to re-create right now.

@Malinsken I don't know what the devs changed bit it seemed to screw that up.

The fabs work the way they should in that version.

I lost all my files when my laptop corrupted so unable to update any other version of the mod.
