[Roulette Gun] lua/weapons/roulette self shot/shared.lua:540: attempt to call method 'Kill' (a nil value)
1. unknown - lua/weapons/roulette self shot/shared.lua:540

is the error it gives out when you die through self shot,
also it always fires 5 blanks in the start ^^
