Does this version even work anymore considering it's going on 4 years sense the last update? If it still does, then I don't see why you can't, though going by the description that I know you read because who doesn't read the descriptions of mods they are interested in using, the menu will only show up for the admins.

It bugs now. I use this mod for the first try, then I come back, the cheat menu disappears. I want that freeze time function... I can't find it nowhere else.

Not sure if it's a glitch but died while prevent death was active, respawned in the world and the zombie of my original character is now unkillable, instant melee doesn't seem to work against it either

Because the mod is 3 years since the last update despite the game having recieved multiple major updates since then.

Why do people still insist on using old and outdated mods and then act surprised when some or all of the mod doesn't work?

Did you ever stop to think that maybe you should stop using a mod that is over 3 years since it's last update (and several major updates to the game) and causing thousands of errors? Maybe take the time to read some of the comments where it's been stated as not working right anymore? Or where there are comments about updated versions that you should be using instead?
