My only suggestion would be to add some animation to the face & clean up the animation a bit & you got your self a Sniper taunt!

He should do a flip, and then a nod, like "Now That'ws a Knife".
His voiceline should be the "Sniper's a good job mate"
Add those on, and the taunt would be good.
Anyway, IF possible, you could add, when you have the pan, the Sniper looks at the pan confused.

what if you use this taunt with other melees, like the pan.

The facial impressions have to be back. Also should the overall taunt be smoothend out if you want to make it into the game.

it whould be better to make sniper say that's not a knie this is a knife for the taunt and his mouth whould have to move too

Sniper looks too stiff and the animations need to be smoothed out. No voicelines or face animations make this hard to look at. If you fixed all of those problems, it might have a chance because right now it does not.

i like it a lot but if valve adds this i would like the sniper to actually say a line or laugh other than that 10/10!

Reminds me of a story:
Once there was an explorer who explored the outback in Austrailia, and got famous for doing it. Then, on a visit to New York, someone tried to mug him with a knife. He said, "Thats not a knife..." and pulls out a giant kukuri fighting knife or something like that. The mugger takes one look at the knife and runs his ass off.

maybe add a little bit to the animation that gives context, like sniper pointing and laughing a bit before he displays his superior cutlery. or ham.

Make the end of the taunt fit with the standing position.

Show how it looks with different items, even the saxxy based weapons (objector, pan etc.)
