Genpei required means: You need the Rise of the Samurai DLC, since it comes with some of the textures he's using in the mod.

Glorious!!!!!!!!!!!!! CA should hire you! These maps look so much nicer... easy on the eye, not glaring and garish. Autumn looks especially pretty.

Very good, I use expanded japan Mod. and this work quite well together. A few gaps and clips. But Nothing game breaking.

One thing I have Noticed is the ability for units to get stuck inside land masses/castles. Only way to fix is to delete. And AI does not delete. This may cause some issues.

But Like I said I use 2 mods and more together. So I do not know if this mod is to blame. But both together it can become a issue.

I have over 200 turns, and only had 2 units stuck. 1 mine and AI. The AI is wiped out. Still 1 unit is stuck.

Other then that 10/10 Love the new map. After 600hours of default map.

no, it's not integrated, you need to activate this one as well. Do not require any order and can be activated at any moment.
By the way soon i'll have another update for more custom agents skill trees (general already uploaded, ninja and monk are done)
