Each river uses multiple water sources to direct and control its flow, the result of which is that disrupting them causes bizarre behavior. You can still try it, but things might not work correctly/work at all.

The majority of the map is fairly flat, while the hills in the starting tile shouldn't pose an issue unless you really must use premade highway intersections.

Well its a Pretty Map, but is it playable (there are many little hills on the flat terrain)?
