@Sephiroth It depends on the mass of butnable goods and avialable oxygen and in some bomb Raids the allied Bombers used Napalm too
AspectofDivinity Sep 3, 2017 @ 9:00am
It depends on the fire, some fires like the ones set out in Dresden and Hamburg were so hot they destroyed everything instantly and killed everyone some fired can boil people alive and turn them into piles of goo

Can you lower the debuffs of the defenders of the settlements by no more than a quarter, so that there would be no reason to wait until the city burns out during the storming of the settlement by the attackers? That it was not a cheat as now during the storming of the settlement

Alright Greenpatriot nice and thx for respond. Looking forward to play this mod.

@Green Pig: Great name! Anyway, I am pretty sure this doesn't need any updates. If the mod manager says so just press "Enable Out-of-date" mods and soldier along. My game hasn't crashed, and I am pretty sure CA hasn't completely reworked the table this operates under. You are greenlit if I may say so myself.

Answer to your other question:

This mod lets fires burn longer. So fires in the city burn a longer amount of time per building, and they take more time to spread throughout the city. Vanilla kind of made fires arcady in my opinion.
Pepe  [author] Feb 19, 2016 @ 1:49am
@Adrian: I can make them catch faster and burn longer, but I prefer it to take longer to catch while burning long enough to actually affect the battle with the debuffs and overall look of a burning city I am fighting to keep up. Also, rain makes it harder for building to catch, and I feel they take a realistic amount of time to do their thing as of now ;) Lastly, I can't change what is burnable in the city. You can only burn what was always burnable with this mod. Sorry.

update it pls.

Adrian Maximillian Dec 22, 2015 @ 11:51am
can you make buildings to catch fire faster but burns longer? and also is it possible to burn the entire city with this mod? especially that damn unreachable buildings?
turtlenax Jul 21, 2015 @ 2:24pm

I agree. I have been playing Attila more often lately (took hiatus for Verdun) and I have been wanting to explore this. I believe it would require shader work since that is how modders keep blood decals on the ground. I am not sure if it is possible, but that was one of my favorite parts about Shogun 2.
Helbringr Jul 12, 2015 @ 11:01pm
This mod looks awesome :D on a sidenote i was wondering if it were possible to make a mod that allowed arrows to show on bodies like in Shogun 2? i remember seeing people turned into porcupines but in Attila it shows 1 maybe 2 then they dissapear

Patch Notes:
-Extended propagation distance. Fire can turn from small to out of control.
-Slightly reduced escalation rate of fires as they burn. Should allow building to smoke a bit more and flow more naturally.

That's some quality content and fixes you're making mate. Much appreciated.
Pepe  [author] May 31, 2015 @ 9:45am
That would require editing of the lods which may also require shader work. Now, with how much complaining has been had with the modding community over lod, it may be safe to say that it can't be done as of right now. Also, it is a bit out of my own skill level, and if someone was to change the lod of fire then FPS would never see the light again.
Benjin May 30, 2015 @ 12:37pm
Do you think it'd also be possible to make a mod which increases the draw distance of the fires? I hate it when I'm roughly 500m away from the fire and it just disappears entirely.
