You must replace the eye patch, It resembles him more of an espionage french cousin of demoman, the coat must have buttons also. My overall review: Nice job!!!

It is better than a lot of the cosmetics already in TF2 so honestly I think it should be out.

hate to say it but the eye patch is already out and it is a all class item instead, so ur one can't be out or it will be 2 eye patch = blind
