could you make a 12 tpy army recruitment time and movement speed mod with individual values for siege equipment infantry cavalry and agents? moving artillery on the campaign map should be as difficult as walking a cow on a tight rope. there is a reason why it was constructed as close as possible to the site of a siege.

The Attila one works for AoC. Its just that confederations are disabled there by CA for some reason.
