No, it won't hold the inventory. I can't say for sure, but I think I've added protection against summoned creatures

What about summoned horse from Dawnguard DLC? It dies if u not gonna use it. Will it still hold inventory when I am gonna summon it again?

You need to actually RIDE the horse before accessing the inventory. The inventory only opens on the known horses. You can't open the inventory straight away after installing the mod. After you ride the horse , the mod will remember it and you should be able to use the inventory on this exact horse.

As for the installation, you need to make sure that you are letting the Skyrim Laucher update the files. Some players launch the game directly or using the custom 3rd party lauchers (which don't update mods from steam)

Craftable Horse Barding is the mod that adds horse armor to the game, but horses are unable to wear that armor obviously.
My mod allowes horses to wear the armor (any horse armor, not just from that mod, but from the other mods too, if they exist)

Now I'm confused, you state in the description that you had to make your own mod for this, but okay then.

Sorry if it's been asked but why dwarven? They lived underground and would likely have used tech rather than beasts of burden, or at least some other creature more suitable to taking underground.
