lol i must have like 300 of these in my city... lvl 3 offices seem hardest to grow, and since there aren't many lvl 2 custom assets, this building is everywhere!

I like the building, looks good. I am fine with the tree on top, kinda fancy. What I don't like is the conifer trees in front. I see why people put trees in front of their buildings but I NEVER saw a conifer tree in front of an office building . It just doesn't look nice. :) Maybe palms or some tree with leafs.

every building, anyone can download to the editor and change at will. In principle, you are able to do so. )))

Can you make the Building without Trees on it?

The pictures next to the building are even offices. If you look, my house will be above them on the 50 percent not many people want to increase the office buildings up to level 3, as a lot of features to do this, but would like to, that would at least like that on the growth of different offices. To do this, and created this building.

In the vanilla game the difference in size between lvl 2 and 3 office buildings is too big..

its way to big for a level 2 imho

just one thing, don't put big trees on roof gardens. they would be too heavy and root would grow in the ceiling... you get the idea :)
