@WHOOLEE Thanks for the heads up! Sorry about that guys, the original LOD I did 4 years ago was bad. I took a few hours today and redid the LOD. Should be MUCH more performant (I checked the latest version in Mesh info and it comes up green now instead of red.)

Sorry it took so long. I read through your comments and did a quick update to the asset!

I replaced the lights I had modeled in with the new After Dark lights (Which look WAY cooler)
Now when its dark the whole thing lights up!
I went through and update the textures as well a bit, lastly I took the comments about the stats on board and updated them to make more sense (The damn thing can actually catch fire now!)

As for High and Medium Wealth tourists there could be a IMax or 3D movie playing. As far as trash goes I was thinking of all the junk food stuff on the floor alone (LOL) but I can see it now; (But Daddy why can't I go potty now? I had that big size drink.) Well I think fire is quite possible in cinemas, especially because its for low wealth, and as we all know, they set everything on fire :P
Personally I once was in a cinema theatre and there was a fire because of technical stuff..
