I wasn't even that interested in using this mod (not yet anyway), but I loved the description so much that I'm downloading it anyway. My favorite part is:

"Where it leads nobody exactly knows. Everybody just hopes we do not dump megatons of trash into some aliens’ backyard. Somebody might show up some day to complain..."

I only just started playing a few days ago and I don't have any of the DLC yet, but if the Natural Desasters DLC doesn't have some kind of alien invasion, then they need to make a DLC just to follow the implications of this mod to their hilarious conclusions.

I have been using this since I discovered it in 2016 or so. Once I started I have never used anything else! Always dependable, the trucks go out as they are supposed to. It makes the trash management a breeze. NEVER TAKE THIS AWAY FROM ME!

As someone currently watching through stargate (on Atlantis now). The implications of this are hilarious.

I've been using this in every city since I subscribed in 2015! I never have to worry about trash! It's a brilliant device. Eternally grateful.

Strange affect on my game. Plugged this in and everyone got sick or died, population about 35000, down to 27000 as I type, doesnt seem to level out, all still dieing.

Showed this to my SO .... He stated that this is not a good idea (IRL) But my city needs it!

Must be hilarious...just imagine you're a Goa'uld overlord on some really nice planet where you can go outside your ugly space ship and relax on the beach or in the forest...but then every ten minutes the stargate opens up and literal garbage is flying through it. This is some top level shiat right there, love it.

What a great attribute would be is to lower the amount of garbage trucks needed. Maybe by increasing its load like 10 fold. Its aweful how the game need 200 trucks clogging up the roads

I converted this to a "crematorium" with the buildingAI changer mod so now corpses get lobbed into the void without a care in the world.

@Imploded Wood It has something to do with your roads. My city has a lot of 1 way roads, and if i stick any sort of garbage facility in an area where the trucks have to go down 1 way roads, it seems to impact it's coverage, I can only cover little under a quarter. How ever if I move it to an area that doesn't have many 1 way roads, I can cover about a third of my current city. There are some areas, where even if I stick it on the edge of my city, with a 1 way road leading into the city, it tends to only effect the 1 way roads that branch off that, and barely effects the other roads.

LOVE THE IDEA I AM GOING TO GET THIS MOD. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A MOD THAT MAKES THE GARRBAGE EFFECTIVE AREA MORE CONSISTANT. BECUASE ON MY CITIES SOME GARRBAGE PLANTS ONLY MAKE THE ROAD THEY ARE ON GREEN. HELP WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL.
