That's what you need if your --fast-floating dummies-- citizens dies like flys from loud trams on the street and massively doing that just each month (deathwaves, yeah, common vanilla event)

Personally I put crematoriums WAY WAY WAY far away from all my residentials, commercials and offices, the places for the living. Usually I put them close to the polluting industrials and the landfill/incinerators and sewers. I don't care how many "smileys" those crematoriums bring to the surrounding neighbourhood. They are NOT prime real estate to me. Personally it's a bit creepy living or working or shopping or dining right beside a place where they burn dead bodies. So if I don't want one near me irl, I shouldn't impose them on the cims.

Personally I needed about 6 of these in my city (~100k). But I've opened up some prime real estate downtown. Very nice.
