no work, no option to add money when starting new game

when i start a new game my money is at 750k but after that when i want to start build something it falls again back to vanilla something like 60k.. need a update or do i make something wrong ?

Worked once for me and I think a recent update stop's it from working. Dosent show up anymore like it did before. Even unsubscribing and re-subscribing dosent fix it :(

correction - it works, but only once. i have to unsub and resub to get it to work each time for some reason

This Mod WORKS just fine.
If you had problems with it do the steps @[TPV] www.The-Pink-Volvo.com provided :

1. Disable, then delete (little 'x' on the right) the Mod
2. Exit CS ( i did not have to do this one)
3. Resubscribe to the Mod at the Steam Workshop

Workshop-Link to copy, just in case)
4.Get back into Game,enable Mod and Start a New Game

To everybody saying it only works the first time; can't I just disable/uninstall the mod and re-install it to regain the ability to tweak the starting cash?

This mod DOES work more than ONCE.

If you want to use this more then once, go to mods list in the menu, turn the mod off, after doing so hit the x to unsubcribe, then exit cities skylines, come back to the workshop re subcribe, go back into your game, go to mods turn it on and start a new game straight after its enabled and BOOOM its back in the top right corner! << It HAS to be done in that order.

Works for me with After Dark (and DLC).

Indeed it stops appearing when you start a new game but it works. When the game starts the money jump to the level you have set on the first time. I'm fine with 50m. :)

Stops working after the first time.

On first try when you use this mod you can set the ammount of money and it all works fine. But once you start a new game for the second time, this mod stops working.

Please find a solution, this mod seems pretty good but its kinda annoying that it doesnt work after.

Also being able to fill in your ammount manually may be even more handy

Guy it is still working, you just need to find Configfile in "Addons\ModsConfig\StartMoney" and change the amount there.

This mod worked for me the first time, i saw the setting in New Game to set my start money, but after the first time it stopped working.

where do i got to set my money

Frustrating that this doesn't work. Grrr.

got unsubscribe/resubscribe anytime i want to use it or else it will stay stuck at the previous money start amount i ve set ....... really frustrating, i gues its not the authors fault because many mods don t work, many stuff don t work in the game though, it s a game engeenering issue imo

This mod STILL works. For those that do not know how to configure on windows go to - C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines\\Addons\ModsConfig\StartMoney\ and open the file with a text editor. Replace the "70000" with the amount you want to start the new game with. Happy Playing!

"Were can I find the Otions for this Mod?" - since some updates ago the options are not working anymore. You will need to edit the XML by hand.

For some reason doesnt work for me, i enabled the mod and everything, i didnt have the other mod. I would load a new game and it would give me $715,000, then it would just take it away from me :(

The problem I have with the mod is I can't change the amount of money I start with without deleting the mod from my list then subscribing to it from the workshop. Still like the mod though, just want it fixed! :)

I am unsubscribing it for now.
