You have to change the Logo material. and it will be in a diamond type setting because that is how the mesh is set up for the logo

Hey, I need your help, could you please explain to me how to change the logo because I tried many things with $basetexture but it doesn't work :/

If another model, when you compiled it, did you include $mostlyopaque in the qc?

I have a problem with AO. The model is transparent.
If you disable the AO, the model becomes normal.
Do you know how to fix that problem? Thank you

Are you using my textures as a template for the crate? if not, it isn't going to work.

You need the original skin 0 textures to be first in the stack, how you change them after that is up to you. but the first vmt listed in the Texturegroup must be the first material the model was created with.

I compiled the model and added to sfm. ive got the model with 5 skins but is still using the old logo for each one. probably i just did something wrong with qc file. i edited only this line, can you tell me what i did wrong ? (i puted all the textures to materials\models\ptejack\props\crates\weapons_crate and save as .vtf and .vmt)

Simple, Decompile the model. Open the qc and add more materials the the $texturegroups

hey jack, can you help me with convert this model into model with more then 2 skins ? i just made so logos to the case (so far i was using tf2 for convert models -,-) i dont know how i should do it, can you help me or just send link to tutorial about how to convert model with more then 2 skins. thanks for reply

Without knowing the actual names of the textures or the materials, it is hard to tell. I went through the 3 phoenix folders and didn't see anything for materials except the flag. (materials\models\props\coop_cementplant\phoenix). If the chroma is a customized effect, then you have to build the actual texture yourself. (like the custom sheen knives)

where can i find phoenix and chroma texture ? (yes, ive got GCFScape and know where is the pak01_div. the only problem is i cant find the textures)

You right, it is small. I forgot that I had done that because that is the size that someone wanted it at when I made it, just add a scale control to the bip_box bone. As for bones, this thing has 11 bones. The bip_lid bone is how you open it. And you can't remove the transparency, you can change between decals using the skins.

it only has 2 bones, which none of them can open it

Um, it is the same size as the original in game and you use the bones to open it.
