the texture could be "fixed" by making it less congested, the burns make the boots look really dirty, not really... burnt. and i think they shouldnt shine so much? They dont need to be that team-yellow, either, because i think it only really shows up on the hat, and nowhere else. i'd try the mustard on the gloves, or the yellow on the tank. Or even use less yellow! I looked at some boots on google just now, and none of them really used too much yellow. yellow was used sparringly, like on the pyro's gloves there. finding a reference you really want to emulate should help you. This is a nice idea for a misc!

The texture is horrible, its blurry,messy, and overall ugly. I support this idea 1000% because the pyro needs new boots badly, but atleast make it look good.

Can't be seen very well in the screenshot but the color is different for Red and Blu, it's actually team-colored yellow :)

well at this point they have just a little painteble part ....and for the record ...boots are standard :D ...i think it will be odd to see blue boots :D
