I believe that they can change items per levels, just like couriere per hero (when they call it)

I remember the dotacinema pudge set had the idea of the item upgrading as you levelled up in-game but valve said they werent able to implement it.

Make items for the people who have silence. like drow, death prophet etc so it wont look too much of silencer

what I meant is that they cant just make a treasure full of silencer's glaives, it's a little off and theyre not that many people who play silencers and so crazy about him like pudge, i guess u should change up some of the items inside the chest

I agree that it should be a legendary with multiple styles. Otherwise it's just way too many glaives like wtf.

It would probably be best as a legendary item, with all the glaives as styles. Rare drop from a chest.
