2a) You can also convert by right-clicking the shield of a holy site, if you own it, and choosing the right decision.
2b) You don't have to be Sunni. Anyone On Hajj OR on a Pilgrimage to the middle east can get that event.
3) 0.47.0 Morrigan was an update for a critical bug that took me about 5 seconds to fix, not an indication of my return to modding.
There's not much you can do to fix it for yourself without switching to a manually downloaded and installed version of the mod. You could do that, but it might be a hassle for you.
The fix *is* very simple, however. In the tailteann event file (the files are all just text) change
namespace = ancrel
to
namespace = celtic
I think it's a button on your religion window or something.
If you mean how to convert? Own the Holy Fury DLC, own a Druidic holy site, and right click the coat of arms. There should be a convert decision. There's also some random events that can let you convert if you're a Celtic culture.
The religion doesn't appear in the pagan list in the religion section of the custom leader maker.
You can find the code on github (link near the bottom of the mod description. Feel free to use any ideas still floating around in the issues, just throw me some credit.
The demigod trait is my attempt at a reskinned Saint/Honored Ancestor(?), not sure it ever worked. It's supposed to happen if you pick Ancestor Veneration during Reformation.
I've been pokin around the files any I got a couple questions if you didn't mind.
Was the Neo-Coptic culture event stuff ever made functional, how does this demigod trait work and wad do I need for that Egyptian saintly bloodline?
I really love your content and ideas for creating this mod. I would like to
ask if you ever planning on adding the ancient Assyrian Faith to this mod as it would be cool to restore and conquer the world as Ashurist Assyria?
As I am an actual Hellenist, I love the Hellenic events that pop up. Most recently I got one that was a retelling of the myth of Perithous. One of my courtiers wanted to save Persephone from Hades’ clutches and asked me to come along. I said no, and as a result, he died, and Hades and Persephone both gave me a blessing for my infinite wisdom.
I'm glad you've enjoyed the work, it was a big part of why I did it.
Some intrepid modder might be able to do something with the art assets from one of the ancient world total overhauls, like... Daiodachi Kings? Can't really remember. There's a tiny chance that When The World Stopped Making Sense also has some of that Pharonic headgear.
The target must be an unreformed pagan (unless you're a reformed pagan), their capitol must be a part of de jure Pictland, and they can't be in revolt (or in the same realm as you).
If you meet all those criteria and it still doesn't work, I don't know what could be wrong.
There's another modder who has created a continuation of ARR and even added new features. Just search for Ancient Religions Continued and Expanded. It's by Alexios something. They may have fixed this bug.
I hope steam will add some new rules for commenters.

I really love your content!
I would like to ask for your permission to use some content from your mod, primarly features from the celtic religion, to add to the celtic religion of another mod CK2 that I happen to be a developer in, New Era: Old World.
Thank you very much for your time.
