I think it would be cool if the item changed based on your last three kills. For example If you were to kill a medic with a full clipboard the the word medic would appear at the bottom, the top one would dissapear and the remaining two would both move up one.

A neat idea, but I don't like it for a few things: First, the draw point for the misc is the text. In no circumstance is a player going to notice it. The text, or the similar colour scheme with the Sniper's pants really makes this stay too far in the background. Second, it is extremely simple. An official community misc got in: https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Surgeon%27s_Side_Satchel Take 'note' of how the clipboard is not meant to be read in game, and comes with a little purse thing, rather than a clipboard attatched to Medic's leg (who does that in real life anyway?). Try adding something else to the clipboard, like crocodile skin or something.

I've seen any item like this before. As in, the exact item, only more organized, like he took the time to list out everyone instead of just "Oh, I need to kill this guy. *Scribble scribble*"
I still like the item, done or not. And the stat idea ain't bad.

So... it'll randomly choose a class and for every kill on that class you gain a crit? nice, I haven't actually thought of stats

I tried many variations, but they all didn't to "fit" I guess, I tried the pockets, I tried clipping it to the jacket as a small notepad, but that didn't work either, the clipboard seemed a better option because it was big enough to see, but I needed to find a place where people could see it, and still make it look good (or relatively good) so I strapped it to his leg, and if you think about it, walking down the road, you can just pull out a pencil and scribble on your leg, quick, efficient and it's simple.

It looks great! Out of curiousity, though, why did you decide to put it on his leg? I'd have tried to make it look like it's clipped to his belt, like Li'l Snaggletooth or Itsy Bitsy Spyer.
