The two FX you just listed supposedly came from the community. Everything in the update was supposed to be from the community, even the marketing images.

Unfortunately I doubt they will ever incorporate a community-made unusual effect. I wish they would though, this is cool.

I would also love to see a team-colored version of Kill-o-Watt/Terror-watt.
