The spawn system works correctly in both singleplayer and multiplayer.
Drug related items are intentionally set to have a very low spawn rate. The goal isn’t to make them as easy to find as cookies or tools in a garage.
According to the mod’s lore, the drugs were hidden by their previous owner, making them rare and well concealed. You’ll need to search carefully, explore, and sometimes rely on a bit of luck.
Everything seems to be working, but for some reason there are no drugs — they don’t spawn anywhere, even though I set them to spawn very often.

Hello, you need to right click and you should see the option to roll a joint (you need rolling papers, a lighter, and at least one cigarette), or make a small 7g bag if you found a 35g one.

People who enjoy my mod know how to be patient. Impatient users or unhappy ones can simply unsubscribe. Other drug mods are working. Please be patient with each update as I find the time to work on it.
Effects work fine, they’re short lived. 3g of cocaine at once will drop your health, but intoxication is short and varies by drug. Abusive use with reasonable delays won’t have effects yet because the mod isn’t finished.
Future updates will follow your requests. Time is valuable, everything will come in due time.
i can eat 10g of met, 10g of cocaine, and smoke lots of joints and a bricket of hash in a same time... does my character feel anything? nope :c
it will be cool if met helps like caffeine pills, but it doesnt

I do have a question though. Is weed supposed to not decrease stress? It might be a mod conflict on my end but in my playthrough stress is unaffected by joints. Only regular cigs lower it.

The effect system is actually working, but moodles are not integrated yet. I plan to add moodles in the next update so effects will be more visible and impactful.

I will either display on the Workshop page or directly on each drug item what the effect system really does for each dose, so players can clearly see what to expect for futur update

I’m aware of it, the HARD Drug has a small issue that I’m going to fix. It might be resolved by this weekend if I have enough free time.

Mr.Mod_fan I really appreciate that you’re enjoying the mod, thank you very much for your suggestions, they’re good ones and I will take them into account. Unfortunately, with the little time I have at the moment, its quite difficult to integrate new features, especially since I first need to fix the issue with the Lifestyle mod and adjust the HARD Drug consumption.
The problem does not come from a Moodle issue. Even for Lifestyle, it is simply a wrong code being applied. The mod involved is Maximum compatibility with other drug mods. If thats the case, please don’t hesitate to let me know.

Il add support next update! so it can light joints.
Right now, joints can be lit with a vanilla lighter or vanilla matches.
I removed OCB papers to keep everything based on vanilla items Rolling Paper, which is more consistent. Maybe its possible i can bring OCB back in another form, like rare mystery items...
Growing weed is also something im thinking about, but nothing confirmed yet.
