Короче я смог сделать так, чтобы работал медиа плеер, для этого нужна программа NirCmd (нужно скачать и распаковать её куда-нибудь). Путь к файлу может быть любым, но напишу так как у меня.
Для кнопки следующий музыки нужно вписать команду:
"C:\Users\"пользователь"\nircmd\nircmd.exe" sendkeypress 176
Для кнопки пауза:
"C:\Users\chiko\nircmd\nircmd.exe" sendkeypress 179
Для кнопки предыдущая музыка:
"C:\Users\chiko\nircmd\nircmd.exe" sendkeypress 177

#Excommunication, там заходишь в настройки обоев, листаешь ниже сбоку справа там будет раздел "shortcut" и там будут кнопки как раз которые называются "создать ярлык" их нажимаешь и выбираешь нужное действие
