Hi, could you do Black Powder Red Earth inspired mod? There is one on Steam, but it can be done better, more closely to the tabletop. Just not that hars like RIOM, pls.

Why are the militia really tanky? I don't mind the damage that they do, its fine for me. It make sense since I'm pretty sure they got a 7.62 weapon. But I've had multiple occasions where one of my rangers (Ares mod) has to put about 8-10 bullets to take 1 militia down, and when they can 2 shot my dudes it becomes an issue. Other than that I think all the enemies are really well balanced, including the new SSI :)

@thorland Hello! I'm sorry to hear you've felt this mod is hardcore and harsh. But this mod is "intended" to make DK2 experience harsh and hell as I can.

I'm not too familiar with how the enemies work or are decided on in DK2. I was playing random Steam workshop maps and had a grocery store overrun with Chinese mercenaries. Does this mod replace ALL enemies, or are those Chinese mercs replacing a particular enemy group in the game? Will I still encounter low-tier MENA Taliban or whatever?

@Crypted ,Thanks for the comment and yes, I've adjusted AI behavior more aggresive and unpredictable. They will seek for ambush and flanks more often!

good mod, makes the game harder without being unfair (from what i've seen so far) and feels more immersive. maxed out rangers or modded units will probably still stomp most enemies 1v1 but rushing in will get you killed quick and you really gotta use your equipment well.

also does this mod alter enemy behavior? i noticed some of them actually aggressively moving to investigate rangers who throw flashes and even got flanked once. the roaming ones seem to move around a lot more and be proactive.

I really like your mod! But I found that it's not easy to encounter these new enemies on the map, so I want to know if the new enemies replace vanilla's or only appear on specific maps?

To all Chinese users who hate the Chinese PMC being the enemy faction, I hear you.

First, I would like to say Islamic State Nowheraki Levant is an independent fictional terrorist organization and NOT associated with the real-life Islamic State, but only inspired by them. Second, as I mentioned earlier, this section is intended solely for Project RIOM's feedback, review, and your thoughts, not somekind of fighting ground. Third, there will be NO removal of Chinese PMC from my mod. Fourth, the idea that the Chinese PMC is an enemy is from Black Powder Red Earth's Hongbin Security Service.

Please stop commenting and arguing about why the Chinese PMC is an enemy. If you do, I will remove that comment.

If there is anyone wonders what happened to my CIA Rework mod, it has been taken down by request of some asset's original author and also I felt the mod is "UNFIXABLE".

absolutely amazing mod its fun when the cqb is actually more realistic unlike vanilla, where the insurgents have a 700ms reaction time and cant aim for anything.. this mod actually makes it more fun and makes you be more careful and regret your decisions lmao. My only critique is that the insurgents are absolute beasts when it comes to blind firing, they keep head shotting my dudes with like the first bullet but when they actually aim they are less accurate??

@Solum-Sonar Hello, it seems you have complains about 666th unit(SSI Replacement). But did you readed mod description correctly? I've already mentioned "most realistic and hardcore damage systems and combat styles". This mod is intended to make enemy deadly and act just like reallife. Since 666th is Tier 1 class unit unlike your rangers, they are trained to shoot and kill everything they saw.

Remove the 6x scope from the enemies and give them holographic scopes, it's ridiculous, they kill your operators with the first shot, they notice them in a fraction of a second, and you can't do anything about it. Did the developer test their mod?

Damn this mod didnt joke around when they said it makes the game more difficult, combine this shi with door arent cover mod, and every tight corridor will be your graveyard, even the aimbot vanilla rangers (with rifle squad skin ofc)) wont mean anything if you dont careful when planning, as the mod makes the opfor behavior to be super aggressive

I know you don't recomend using iron man with this but ngl running an iron man Tour of duty using this plus the residential tile overhaul has been some of the most fun fun I have had with door kickers 2 and I have played alot of door kickers 2!!
