Center of Mass above Waterline.
Solution:
The draught/ draft is way to Low for a massive ship like this. You have to increse the weight in the bottom of the ship (add a Keel)
Your Fueltanks and Ballast Tanks rise to high... they need to be shallower. In reality a ship has Fuel and Ballast most of the times in the lowest Parts of the Hull.
The Bubble under the bowsection gives boyence in a bad spot. It makes your ship tippy (it is ike ballancing a Pencil standing on your Hand.)
i tested it and gave it like 1.2 meters more draught/ draft and now it floats.
Check out some real Hulls of real ships to understand what u are doing different,
and lastly your centerline for the build is Offcenter.... it gets hard to build semetrical!
