- add japanese localization
- now you can select if you want guardians selected to have and equivalent or better aptitude that the court tutor (if you employ one)
Now when using the educate child interaction to a child (or yourself if you are a child) it will preselect the best candidate for the education based of the same value of the auto guardian appoint above. In base game the preselected guardian doesn't really check the aptitude of the guardian.
This also apply to AI, which will choose better guardians for close family children

I've made this mainly to prevent the spam in notification asking you to set a guardian to your child/greatchild/greatgreatchild. Quite annoying when you have a lot of them.

Does this mean those notifications don't pop up any more?
@Cavve : yes it's partially true. But some governments don't have access to the court tutor (landless adventurer annd nomad without the building). In addition it's still better to have a guardian because some education events only trigger with a guardian
