Hi Chris
Many thanks for playing the scenario and for the very kind comments. Very pleased you enjoyed it.
I feel the same if I drive through Carnforth om the WCML as that is where my sister has lived for many years. I usually give a couple of toots on the horn to let her know I am passing through!!:steamhappy:
Best regards

Hi Guys
Enjoyable run thank you. Not sure why but I find something special about a Class 37, I do enjoy driving them. Strange driving through Horton-In-Ribblesdale as one of my sisters lives there. Thanks for your efforts.
Regards Chris

Re the you tube video I assume this is the one by Don Coffey. It is 3 hours long and I have it saved so that I can watch it over the next couple of days. First look it promises to be a great watch!!

Hi Guys. Ran very well again with no problems. Not many AI's but that's usual for this route & some good snippets of info.
I get a 'Black Box' at the start, 'Can't load rail vehicle SC Class 37-427' & something about broken consist. But as I said it ran OK.

if you're interested there's a brand new 'Cab Ride' video on You Tube that covers the whole run from Leeds to Carlisle. Some good bits of info on there and also commentary from the driver. A bit long but well worth a look.
I can't remember the exact figures but it was said that the 2 x C 158's were x number of yards long & that going down the 1.100 after Ais Gill summit, the rear cab was 3 feet above the drivers cab.:steamhappy:
