Framerate issues, in this case, are caused by the massive amount of lighting in this track. There are lighting effects on obstacles like lasers and popup blockers. You can try reducing the intensity and range of the light in the objects' properties.
The first piece of the tunnel is backwards, creating a strange gap between pieces. That's not your fault, though, the end pieces are like that when you attack them to a road and not a tunnel.
Some obstacles are not aligned to the track. You can fix this by selecting it, right-clicking directly next to it and hitting alt+S.
This level has a needless number of obstacles. I know it's supposed to be hard, but you can make it incredibly hard without throwing obstacles all over the place. It's about how you use them, not how many you use.
