u mean like if u wanna delete the vpk? if so, yes, just delete the vpk file that you just put in the addons folder, also you can rename the vpk however you like.

For removing It later is just put the vpk file out of the "addons" file?

oh and after you've finished moving it, unsubscribe the addon.

so basically if you subscribed to this addon, open l4d2 so that it will be downloaded. once it's finished, close the game and go to "Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop". once you're in the workshop, you will find the vpk next to the thumbnail image (the image and the vpk will have the same title/number). now move/drag the vpk of the said mod (ignore the image) inside addons ("Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons")
