Just a personal mod, uploaded here in case I lost it.
Nick - Nicky
Ellis - El
Coach - Black
Rochelle - Roach
Bill - Bills
Zoey - Hoey
Francis - Biker
Louis - Thug

And say hi to:
Huntur,Bumer,Spiter,Jocky,Chergir,Smokar,Tonk,B*tch

put it in addons folder and it will be enabled in all of gamemodes (including versus) automatically
also you can just change their names

u mean like if u wanna delete the vpk? if so, yes, just delete the vpk file that you just put in the addons folder, also you can rename the vpk however you like.

oh and after you've finished moving it, unsubscribe the addon.

so basically if you subscribed to this addon, open l4d2 so that it will be downloaded. once it's finished, close the game and go to "Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop". once you're in the workshop, you will find the vpk next to the thumbnail image (the image and the vpk will have the same title/number). now move/drag the vpk of the said mod (ignore the image) inside addons ("Steam/steamapps/common/Left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons")
