Well, I honestly don't know what could be wrong with you. I'm really sorry I can't help you more, but I've tried the mod and it works perfectly for me. The only thing I can think of is that you check what the maximum texture resolution is in your Project Zomboid settings.

i have even manually deleted all files to trigger a complete wipe and redownload. none have done the job. the most odd thing is that i use all your other mods with the backpack and pouch etc. all have gone through this same process and no issues whatsoever. which makes me even more wierded out :D

i have indeed in my previous message i created my own collection to mass unsub and resub to mods. i did this because i came from B41 and some mods were being wierd.

What you're describing usually happens when the game can't find the correct texture and therefore doesn't display anything. Have you tried unsubscribing from the Fanny Pack and subscribing again so that it reloads all the code?

the exact issue is that fanny packs spawn i can take it in any inventory either bags or in the world but the moment i press to equip it either front or back slot the moment the animation/progress bar finishes it makes the fanny pack not equip or replace any already existing item and also deletes it from existence. neither in the inventory or on my body or any previous storage it was in. it simply vanishes. and i repeat this does not happen to any other fanny pack these do not magically disappear and equip as intended and don't de-spawn. i can post the log or even a video displaying the issue. but to me the most odd part is how you don't seem to be experiencing it and others seem to be.

Excuse me, but I'm not clear on what the problem is. Do you have the fanny pack in your inventory, and then it disappears when you equip it?

same for me its busted in some way not sure. re-downloaded all my mods and only loaded with the fanny pack mod enabled still busted.

The base fanny packs in the game is good

You can test if this happens only with the Legendary Fannypack mod loaded. If it works well, you can check which mod is giving you incompatibility.

Started a new game, not wearing a leather jacket and it disappears when i equip it along with giving an error

@pablo If it disappears because you're wearing a leather jacket, for example, is that normal? The base fanny packs in the game also do this. I don't know if that's what you're referring to? Have you tried equipping it without a jacket?

BUG: B42.12 (and 11) I find it and equip it (front/rear doesnt matter). It shows up on the container menu, but when i click it to access it, it disappears for good from inventory

J'ajouterais que sur le sac à dos ou sa sacoche, si on les posent à terre, parfois, on doit les vider pour pouvoir les enfiler.

Même avec une nouvelle partie, j'ai ce problème.

It'll throw an error when i try to equip the item on either the front or back slot and the item will vanish. This happens on B42 with the Multiplayer mod on a dedicated server

Sorry for taking so long to reply as I've been busy lately. I'll see if I can look into that error you mentioned, but that always happens even with a new game. If you could give me more details I'd appreciate it.

i just returned to playing PZ, and I simply love these mods, am using the backpack and the fanny pack, am think of going katana as well :)

Reworked loot distribution logic for modular control and expanded container support. Adjusted spawn weights and corrected item references for consistency.

Minor quirk, when I auto sort my mods, it will group Backpack and Duffelbag together but for whatever reason Fannypack gets auto sorted roughly 10-15 mods lower. This also means if left separated like that, they will also be separated in the Sandbox options order. I'm used to remembering to grab Fannypack and align it with the others at this point but still posting this in case others also have some OCD quirks as I do hahah.

I do use the Mod Load Order Sorter [b42] mod if that means anything

The mod is broken, I didn't change anything, and in 30 minutes of the game I dropped 4 bags from the usual start...

@Casual kiwi fan Thanks for letting me know. I'm still planning to review the distributions file and optimize it. I'll take a look and update the mods when I have something.

To add, it may be a load order issue. I had fanny loaded in before backpack, so that may be a part of the reason.

Fanny pack drop rate in mod options appears to default to backpacks, perhaps unupdated code or value?

I set my world loot to zero for the fanny and found one anyway.

@Flexible Games Ha ha ha, if that seems low to you, you can raise it to 49 using the sandbox options, but if it's legendary, it says so in writing ;)

@Megalodon Fanny packs disappear with certain items of clothing in the same way as the vanilla fanny pack in the game. I'm happy that you like my mod
