You definitely have my attention with this.
FYI you really don't want or need the forceLoadAfter tag, it will shove the mod between core and the DLCs and that's really not necessary for like 99.9% of all mods. Unless you have a dependency or known conflict/interaction that requires a special load order, you don't need to bother with any of the load order tags. And even then loadAfter is perfectly fine.

Noticed my game crash two raids in a row. And both raids had a relation in it. I'm gonna turn this mod off and see if that's the cause...

Does this prevent fatal wounds (blown off heads, hearts, etc.) from killing?

I like this very much.
Saves me of having to find cousin John, aunt May, and grandpa Daisuke in a big ol' raider pile, so I can down them via applying anesthetics with Character Editor, just so I can capture them for later recruiting. Or imprisoning in my very own cryptosleep prison if they svck.
