Yes, of course, I first set it to 0.01 but they kept appearing very frequently, so I set it to 0 for each of the 3 equipment items, one by one I changed their respawn to 0 and only left the spawn chance for the recipes at 0.01.
But the backpacks, duffel bags, and fanny packs keep appearing, and quite often.

Hi, I was interested in your mods for legendary backpacks, fanny packs, duffel bags, and the Katana, but I’m having an issue with the spawn rates of the backpacks, fanny packs, and duffel bags. I disabled their respawn, set it to 0.0, because I only wanted the recipe magazines to show up so I could craft them later on at a more advanced stage of the game. However, even though I set all those items to 0.0, they still keep spawning at an absurd frequency. I just spawned in Echo Creed with Apokalipsis loot, and in roughly 36 houses in the area I found around 4–5 backpacks, 3–4 fanny packs, and 2–3 duffel bags. I’m ignoring them because I’d like them to be a more advanced item later in the game. Do you know if it’s a bug that I disabled their respawn yet they still appear like crazy?

after the last update this mod crashes for me, i lost the backpack with all items inside and cant craft it anymore

Hi @Akyrohunter, is it possible to have a spawn toggle instead for all the legendary items? The idea behind it is to have that toggle be the control for spawning (or not) -- and then the case could be that the magazines are ultra-rare spawns that would reward lategame progression instead of having these items as an earlygame crutch.

@Akyrohunter makes sense, i've JUST found the duffel and satchel mods (thank you and good job btw). I just like the idea of separating tools/medical stuff into different bags. I also saw that you're planning on adding colors to the legendary series, my 2 cents is if its only a recolor there is no point having a separate mod.

Extra slots:

Belt Left / Belt Right: You can equip knives, hammers, screwdrivers, nightsticks, cleavers, wrenches, katanas, and walkie-talkies (same as a normal belt).

Webbing Left / Webbing Right: You can equip webbing gear like the angled flashlight, knives, and walkie-talkies.

@Akyrohunter There are a few slots for tools/weapons and containers for easier swapping and aditional inventory managing. Think adding a lunchbox on the side for your food, and a toolbox at the bottom for additional space. You can also craft attachment points for your welder mask and gas masks so they are very easily swapped to with a single click. Plus a slot for a Spiffo plushie!

But yours is a cool mod too, I might try it on my next run. I'm just too used to the Authenic Z mod, old habits you know.

Very nice mod! But I ended up going back to Authentic Z because of the extra addons to the backpack. Any chance you will do and upgrade feature to allow more slots?

Any chance the spawn rates can be made to be allowed to go lower? Hahaha I play on basically lowest settings for just about everything and I seem to find the backpacks and/or magazines a tad too often. No biggie if not, I can just pretend I didn't find them until I'm ready hahah

If you have a very full backpack, it is a typical error that occurs in the backpacks, let's say a little bit fancy, because when you fill them too much and due to the 99% weight reduction when it is inside the backpack and equipped, when you leave it on the ground you cannot lift the weight without the total because the 99% reduction is not applied. If you have access to the objects inside the backpack, you will have to remove them one by one. I have considered modifying the mod with some fancy option that allows you to lift the backpack to the maximum from the ground, but I am not very convinced of doing it.
