The level is quite ok. Even suitable for LPT IMHO. One issue: the counter of the top town is hard to see but you can solve that by windowed mode and a suitable resolution/scale.

It is difficult to play because I can't see the city on the top of the hill.

Bei einer der Startstädte kann man keine Züge los schicken. Schade. wär bestimmt ein schönes Level, aber so ist es unspielbar.
