make crazy version, put the welsh in ireland, scots where england is, put the irish in scotland and put the english in wales but keep the cultures intact in each new location - imagine the political fallout

Thank you for the recommendation, but to answer your question, the reason why I didn't make Great Britain a monarchy yet is that it is a constitutional monarchy, where the monarch is a figurehead who only holds symbolic powers. The issue is that none of the forms of monarchy in the game really meet this description, and none of the republican governments have a ceremonial monarchy of any kind. I will in the future attempt to code in constitutional monarchy.
