@kapsellola: The recent updates for GD3D11 create incompatibility for older hardware and Linux distributions. This legacy version is the last known working version for allowing the affected players to play with GD3D11.

What is the difference this and between the latest version of D3D11? Do the graphics look worse in this version?

@LuckyN13: I did not test it with steam deck, but it works correctly on other Linux distributions, so there should not be any issue with steam deck if it worked prior to March update.

Thanks a lot for this legacy version. Gothic I and II didn't start anymore on the SteamDeck with the newser version of G3D11.

@Inquisitor [Bot]™: This is the version 17.8-dev17 released back in September 2024. This version is known to be compatible with Linux distributions and can be used by anyone who can't run the latest version of GD3D11. There is no change brought to the original release.

@neobolszewia extreme: While in game, press F11, perform a change, save and the file will be generated under /system/gd3d11/UserSettings.ini.
