the eye fight is significantly more fair then you think, like all things in the mod you are just lacking information to prepare for it

i'm not gonna lie i've been really enjoy this mod so far it has been fair, when you die its normally your fault but when it comes to the Feral Eye its just not, the first phase is fine, but the second its completely unfair it can one shot you no matter you armor or even god mode, you have at most like a second and a half to react and later in the phase you don't even have a second, and the eye clumps are much more fair but you still have to be very used to the fight to dodge it. i still can't believe it can just one shot you.

my bad i just relised my gates were being left open after blood moons but anyway do you know how the Moving Flesh spawns I've been trying to farm blood moon to get them to spawn but i can't figure it out

parasites should be automatically prevented from spawning naturally on top of wall tiles like all other terraria npcs, eyes spawning at daytime is unintentional tho thanks for the catch

I just found out that despite the first Enderman entry saying they cant teleport directly on top of you, if you are a few blocks of the ground they just don't care and will do it anyway.

Most of the mod's problems can be solved if the parasites spawn in hardmode.

I've been playing this for a while i'm currently in pre-hardmode and relised a two "issues" the
first, I noticed was the Assimilated eyes are a pain to deal with when building even in the daytime since they spawn surprisingly quick and move erratically when hit with knockback.
second, I relised was enemies tend to spawn in houses and directly on top of villagers, I feel like if you make them not spawn withing a certain radius of torches it could help, if it is possible to do so.

I respect the effort and I hope this project makes it far. SRP, imo, has always seemed like a very busted and unfair mod that I always imagined would work well in Terraria due to Terraria's gameplay revolving around really busted strats and getting really REALLY powerful.

Third and last: I am not disappointed nor impressed. It's hard to really give an opinion on this due to how little there is. It's more like a proof of concept and, in my opinion, the fact it only starts after EoC makes it extremely easy to deal with to the point where everything I have encountered so far just dies immediately and/or even before I even notice them. Mobs easily kills them for the most part, COTH doesn't really do anything ever at all other than change a very few select mobs into Incomplete Forms. Buglins spawning juuuuust outside the player's view makes them incredibly easy to dispatch and therefore makes Rupters very rare and trivial (since rupters are mainly a threat ((in the original)) when in a pack or tagging with other mobs). I can't say anything about the biome, as it has never shown up for me, yet, and I don't plan on testing this mod until there is more engagement to have.

Mod doesn't work or is fake. Played around 7 hours straight and not a hint of anything. Looked up in the bestiary and not a single thing had been added.

it's actually technically a bug that it can kill you in godmode from other mods, but fixing it would require an unnecessary amount of crossmod support and vanilla godmode already works so we probably won't ever fix it

its a good mod i cant wait to see what you do with the brain and how the Parasites will scale with the 3 difficulties but the feral eye one hitting you even in god mode is a bit much

So far this is very similar to the original mod, I like it. The staging may be a bit weird though, I got "One" and then not even 10 minutes later got "Two". I assume the staging works with points like the original mod, so either stage One and Two are close together, or the parasites found a really damn efficient mob farm while I was crafting lmao
