@ClayWarTheOne Made a change for the Soul Anchor!
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 13 @ 2:29pm
@ClayWarTheOne Talking about that one internally with Akira from Infernal Eclipse of Ragnarok as we speak, expect a change in an upcoming update sometime
ClayWarTheOne May 13 @ 2:04pm
Have you tried balancing the Soul Anchor? That thing is OP

@City 以前就加过很多mod但是只能一个人玩,联机的话好像有mod限制不能开太多
ChucSon May 8 @ 5:43am
ty, best mod ever
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 8 @ 5:39am
Yeah and for the merge to work with those respective mods. Generally speaking, if you aren't planning on touching Fargo's Souls or Stars Above alongside this mod, don't worry about them and just enjoy this mod with the dependencies here :)
ChucSon May 8 @ 5:31am
so just this mod and ragnarok is enough. Star above and Community Souls Expansion is just for UI/UX (see the thrower class) ?
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 8 @ 5:27am
@ChucSon
It's a bit goofy but basically this mod and dependencies (Ragnarok does the Thrower Rogue merge here) on it's own work perfect and are completely merged.

Adding Community Souls Expansion will change the classes in game name to Thrower, but it functions 100% identically, anything in here that says Rogue will work for the whole Thrower/Rogue lineup.

With stars above added however, due to the way that checks items for what class damage they should be doing, for that to work 100% (things like damage numbers, stealth and such will work but specific accessory checks may not) Community Souls Expansion is required there.

With all these mods doing separate checks it's a bit confusing but it does work so hope this helps!

i read ur old message, so in short if i want the thrower class from thorium "perfectly" compatible with calamity rogue, i need to install both star above or just Community Souls Expansion is enough ?

@City
The known issue at the moment for that tPackBuilder has issues with enemies spawning in multiplayer worlds, however that is being worked on so should be fixed in one of it’s upcoming updates (tPackBuilder is version 1.2.0 at the time of writing).

Alongside that the best course of action if the world isn’t opening at all is to trail and error groups of mods at a time and you should be able to eventually find the most mods you can pack in with multiplayer working. Worst case too many mods on a multiplayer world has been known to cause issues with performance so be mindful of that too. Hope this helps!

I'm really interested in using your mod, however, I can't figure why your mod does not let me load into my world when trying to play multiplayer. I will show you my mod list(all of the mods in my mod list work in multiplayer except your mod).
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 5 @ 5:12pm
@ArcTwik
Separated into seperate mods, should now be safe to disable Catalyst and Hunt of the Old God!
ArcTwik May 5 @ 12:54pm
that would be great!
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 5 @ 1:34am
@ArcTwik

Unfortunately due to tPackBuilder limitations I can’t have changes that only happen with Catalyst or Hunt of the Old God available, however I can make a separate “DLC” mod, so I’ll get on that to make them optional in that way
ArcTwik May 4 @ 10:52pm
Could you possibly make it so you do not need Catalyst / Hunt of the Old God, its been really buggy trying to use this in MP and we dont really want either lol
ClayWarTheOne May 3 @ 12:08pm
Nice, thanks for checking!!!
tPackBuilder is a godsend, really what this game needed
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 3 @ 11:50am
@ClayWarTheOne
Update: Turns out it's completely compatible with Block's Thrower mod! (and I assume it's expansions too) even when using the Fargo's Community Expansion mod as well.
I assume any mod that changes their own weapons to Thorium's Thrower should be functional with Ragnarok and Community Expansion.
While testing I also looked at Stars above since that notoriously has caused problems for Ragnarok conversion and to summarise:
Stars Above without Fargo's Community Expansion: Stat bonuses for Rogue or Thrower get applied to both, making them basically the same class, things that are mod specific however like Block's Thrower's Dragon Scroll's hellfire effect ONLY apply to things that do Throwing damage, NOT Rogue despite being identical otherwise
Stars Above with Fargo's Community Expansion enabled however makes everything work perfectly
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 3 @ 11:23am
@ClayWarTheOne Good question, the Rogue class conversion between it and Thorium's Thrower is handled by Ragnarok, so the how exactly it works I'm not sure yet but I'll do some experimenting and get back to you
ClayWarTheOne May 3 @ 11:16am
I see, what happens if I use mods with built in compatibility with Thorium's thrower with this?

Does using Block's Thrower mod for example just apply its changes to your edited Rogue class?
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] May 3 @ 11:07am
@ClayWarTheOne Aimed at bringing Thorium and some vanilla weapons to calamity power levels 👌

Development focus is Thorium and Thorium add-on content first, then a round of vanilla most likely
ClayWarTheOne May 3 @ 10:45am
This is awesome, thanks for fixing the convergence mods
Are the changes geared more towards vanilla balancing or calamity?
Joseph Ballin Apr 17 @ 3:22pm
Thank you very much for fixing it.
Wardrobe Hummus  [author] Apr 16 @ 6:56pm
@Joseph Ballin Thank you!

I’ll look into it next update, due to how incompatible it is with other content compatibility mods I was thinking of removing Convergence Redux as a dependency and re-implementing the changes that mod makes myself using the upcoming tPackBuilder update.

Since as far as I know it’s just the blood orb potions and boots changes, doing it through tPackBuilder should make the recipe changes entirely additive instead of replacing recipe so it should fix the issue so keep an eye out for ver 0.2 👌
Joseph Ballin Apr 16 @ 4:23pm
Good mod, but there is a bit of an incompatibility with the Fargo DLC mod as the ThoriumXCalamity convergence mod boots the zephyr boots and aeolus boots out of the crafting tree. If you could make an optional dependency that changes that would be great.
