To manually fix this (and for any character who isn't supported) you can go into her .info file and change the max skills from 4 to 7

Its crazy to me how every single character you create is just so dam cool man. Like seriously, thanks A LOT for all these chars you created over the past years, makes my runs so much more entertaining^^

Hey, not sure if there's anything you can do about it, but the "all skills to all class" mod doesn't seem to be working for her

I don't think I've ever had this much fun with a healer class in darkest dungeon. In particular, the CC trinket that lets her apply blight to the team without using mithridatism makes her so much more flexible and enjoyable to play. 10/10 class, probably my favorite out of the 300 class mods I play with.

As more of a tangential comment, one thing she does for certain is have insanely busted synergy with another modded class, ‘The Rudiment.’ They fit together absolutely perfect, and anyone else looking to try a disgusting party comp that I’ve banned myself from using, try:


Rudiment: heavy impact, perilous flesh, who is the creator, phlebotomy (this is almost entirely what breaks the game in terms of offensive potential. Self blight’s team and enemies for like 3/3rds and feeds/enables Matriarch)

Matriarch: venom eater, poison spike, siphon, purify

Plague doctor: standard rank 3 set of choice

Occultist: rank 4 moveset of choice. The cove and ruins will not survive.

Back on topic, great mod! Love to see a proper dragon instead of some ‘monster girl’ which always is just a human with dagger ears or maybe a tail.

I enjoy her writing too, specifically “maybe mother doesn't always know best” on quirk induced curio interaction going bad.

Well, I will admit: odd as it is, having a dragoness stomping about with knights, vikings and cultists, this mod has very quickly grown on me!

With many other (typically modded) classes, I oftentimes find the four moves I prefer, and almost never stray from them. The Matriarch, however, has not yet had this plateau for me. I’ve never had a character, official or not, have me fiending so hard for a 5th ability slot. Its a good thing, as it means a lot of her kit is quite desirable.

I enjoy the concept of a high health yet conditional frontline healer/blight stacker. She isnt a one trick pony dragon or flimsy healer, and the choice of making her 1 per party was a wise one, as having even two would just be ridiculous value. I think she’s probably a little strong, but I’ll have to take her on more quests to truly see.

It took all these years to FINALLY get a dragon into DD.

you can also use the skeleton wow class that absorbs party blights to boost themselves or the exterminator class that has the gadgets and has a mass cleanse and boost blight resist.

She is quite difficult to use I will admit but pretty fun! My suggestion is to mix her in a party with an Itinerant Cook, they go well together with the restoration the cook can give to outheal the blight Matriarch deals to the party! Overall, very great class, cute quotes, and fun mechanics! P.S. REALLY LOVE THE MECHANICS OF YOUR CLASSES, especially the Resonant with their stress and affliction based skills!

I haven't found the Class just yet but this dragon looks amazing. Reminds me of the Crag Demon from Crystal Project even if the breath is poison instead of the classic fire!

You know you can go into the Dragon Matriarch mod and edit the file to change how many skills are select-able. That's all the All Skills mods does, adds an overwrite that points to the mods. Just go under dragon_matriach.info.darkest in the heroes folder scroll down to Misc and change the line of text under .number_of_selected_combat_skills_max from 4 to 7

That is something I do not patch on my end. You should request the all skills mod creator to patch for this class, as I can’t do anything about that.

Your mod conflicts with the all skills mod. I cant equip all of her skills. Just so you know.
