so I recently found this and I see that in the images provided it appears to be possible to color soldiers, is it possible to color them and if so how would I do so?

Download the Enhanced Combine Soldiers addon if u want to use the characters for posing. They're not npcs tho.

There is those Metrocops that DPfilms made, they're not yet on the SFM workshop, but can be found here [sfmlab.com], or here if you want to use them in Garry's Mod

As for zombies, i'm not sure an enhanced version exists or how they would be enhanced even
