Only 3 mods, framework priority loader, basemod and archipelago in that order
Might either be an error with the .yaml (ensure you have the latest version from the github) or something else, not sure what. Try following the guide once again, make sure you don't have any other mods AND that you don't have BepInEx installed

Yeah, i plan on taking most stuff from LORAP, adding some more and releasing it as a standalone randomizer after LORAP is at the very least 1.0 (fully playable w/o major issues and with every freature i really want it to have)
and i would be extreme happy about an standalone randomiser of Library of Ruina
may thy coding not be too painful

Lorap, however, is Quite Cool
Not sure why that might happen. Make sure you installed everything according to the guide in the description. Also if you have any other mods, try running the game without them

To put it simply: Every page gets a score based on chapter and random, then the more books you burn the more score pages you can get. It's not at all related to your progress but rather to total amount of books you've burned
