Even if it is intentional, I still think it would be best for transport vehicles with passengers to ignore the halting behavior and instead focus entirely on rushing objectives.
Please add a system that makes sure transports load to maximum capacity at all possible as long as they are mostly undamaged, so that transports aren't making themselves ineffective by transporting with most seats empty.
Helis which have sustained damage should also try to do this, but when they land and get their passengers the crew hops out beforehand and anyone that can repair fixes the heli back up as much as possible.

@GrandBotanist, no I don't want to slow down the game pacing and making that sort of system could really lag that game with all the projectile flying around.
@AlphaRH, the mod should work fine, just don't pump the bots number over 200, this often degrade the ai performance as well as your pc.

Hotfix, for repair behaviour.
New Ai feature: Ai with wrench/repair tool will repair friendly vehicle that are under 50% health , the repair system started when a vehicle squad has their squad vehicle health goes bellow 50%, the squad then will ask other squad within 100m radius for anymember with a repair tool to fix them up.
Tweaked other Ai feature to support the newly added repair feature . (same with the EA32 version)
