Only thing that would improve this mod is the ability to choose who raids

I really liked this mod.
But the auto-repeat button is missing.

Sounds like a good deal. DEAL!

Going straight for the nightmare assault and pray to God, he has mercy on all the raiders souls after my colony is DONE with them ! <3

@MurkyWater – Yes, it is safe to add mid-save, but like all other mods, it is not safe to remove once added to a save.
Scouter Feb 16 @ 11:39pm
If I may ask, is this okay to add mid-save?

@Pablo Discobar – My man in black, wading through the moral wasteland of the Rim. Always a pleasure.

Favorite mod author? Now you’re just buttering my biscuit, and I can’t tell if I should be flattered or worried, but I'll take it. Either way, stick around—there’s plenty more bad decisions and ethical freefalls on the way.

Fave mod author! You're on a roll!

@Beary – I’m open to adding sieges and sappers as selectable options (potentially that further scale power requirements), but I have zero interest in random drop pods—I fucking hate Randy, and drop pods landing dead center in a base feel like they completely defeat the purpose of a strategic raid hijack. As for the raid hack strength, it’s a set threat point value, capped at 10K points—I’d rather not be responsible for anyone’s PC catching fire.
Beary Feb 15 @ 10:48pm
@SilkCircuit

Okay thanks! Are random raid types (or specified raid types) something you'd be interested in adding in the future? Perhaps "dang, all of our defenses are down for maintenance" or "all of our guards got the plague" lol

Also, is the Raid Hack Strength a set threat point value? Does it cap at 10000 or go above the default?

@Latex Santa @warmainiac – Glad you're enjoying the unrelenting carnage and chaos your pawns are creating. Might as well put those extra human remains to good use—nothing ties a room together quite like a human leather armchair and an animal bed made from someone who should’ve been a bit wiser in choosing which colony to raid.

@Beary – Right now, the Raid Spawner only triggers immediate attack raids (walk-in). It doesn’t spawn sieges, sappers, or drop pod raids by default. You can stack multiple raids back-to-back once the spawner is free, but if you want sieges, you’d need to tweak the raidStrategy in the code.

Also, @Latex Santa – I couldn’t find an active 1.5 Compressed Raid mod, nor could I find a specific mod named No Limit Raid Point. Please link me the mods, and I’ll take a look.
Beary Feb 15 @ 8:53pm
Does it spawn all raid types? I'd love to see how my defenses handle 2-3 sieges at once, just copious amounts of inbound artillery
Latex Santa Feb 14 @ 2:17am
@SilkCircuit
Good, good. I shall be very pleased with the carnage.
And how does it interact with the mods Compressed Raid and No Limit Raid Point?
warmainiac Feb 13 @ 4:40pm
ah YES! i can turn killboxes into minecraft mobfarms now!
SilkCircuit  [author] Feb 13 @ 4:19pm
@Mr. Wonderful - Absolutely. You can spawn a raid during an active raid. I'll add that two level 10 raids triggered with the comms hijacker is pure, unfiltered chaos—storyteller just leans back and lets it happen.
Mr. Wonderful Feb 13 @ 3:47pm
Do the raids spawned by this count as far as the storyteller is concerned?

... Can I spawn a raid while I'm already being raided and start a war? :D
Latex Santa Feb 13 @ 10:06am
@SilkCircuit
Alright, thanks for the info and your time.
SilkCircuit  [author] Feb 13 @ 9:12am
Thanks @Latex Santa. Operating the Comms Hijacker requires a minimum Intellectual skill of 6. If no pawn meets this requirement, the hacking job is canceled, and the raid queue is reset. Pawns with higher Intellectual skill are prioritized.
Latex Santa Feb 13 @ 3:12am
Thank you for the great mod. I have a few questions:
1) What work type does operating a conms hijacker count as?
2) What stat does it use, if any?
