What do you mean it doesn't drive? The tank runs and functions just fine in my testing I did today.
Sir. Tonkumhat Mar 5 @ 8:49am
and i apologize for making this unclear.

me saying the sight from the HSAK II was worse was me trying to in as little words as possible that there was a discrepancy between both.
Sir. Tonkumhat Mar 5 @ 8:48am
what i was refering to was the fact taht the sights from the HSAK II vs the III is that the sight from the HSAK II had the same sight from the previous updates where as the HSAK III had a better more realistic sight, and new instructions for the night vision device and the rangefinder. and the CITV still has the rangefinder on it, while it DOES have the night vision screen, when you turn the turret the rangefinder stays in place and the night vision screen moves with it.

Sir. Tonkumhat, I just did a direct comparison of the HSAK III and HSAK II gunner sights, I see no quality difference. The only thing that I did to the sights between the HSAK III and the HSAK II variants is put a black piece in the sight to make it more realistic.

I will definitely be increasing the amount of armor around the gun to improve combat survivability, either through just duplicating the amount of armor already there or putting some kind of composite screen/ERA to have an excuse of adding on more armor. I will also look into the sight problem and making the CITV moveable through the drivers seat. And thank you for letting me know it does not cause any problems when moving the driver seat to be attached to the turret/turret base.

again, thanks for listening to my feedback, as a " consumer " it means a lot when you listen to feedback and make it better. i very much appreciate your work.

thank you for considering my feedback, also i did wanna clarify on a few points. when i meant make the CITV move i meant move in the drivers seat maybe using action buttons. because driving without headlights and under night vision is hard. also moving the driver seat to the turret wont mess up the tank, therre is a creator who made an abrams with the driver seat in the turret and it works fine for 1.7. also to add on to that point i wouldnt move it to the turret, only the turntable below because the hull seems to be better protected then the turret. also the only problem this tank has is the fact when it is shot the barrel is the first thing to go, i get shot once and my barrel is gone and i cant shoot back. also the PV4 HSAK III and the HSAK III seem to have different sights, the CITV and gunner sight are lower quality then on the standard HSAK III.

steam only allows for 1000 character maximum for comments, so continuing,

Offering removed armor as a separate creation has been in the plans, as I have a M1A2 SEPv3 prepared (just took off all of the HSAK package and left on the QoL changes I made to the tank).

Replacing the engine was more of a plan for the CA version that will eventually come, But I can look into replacing the engine for the vanilla version.

Yeah unfortunately thermal capability is only possible using the extremely bright light technique that has been used for nightvision, but I will try and find a way to have thermal without using CA.

Once again, thank you for your comments and feedback.

Thank you for the feedback and suggestions.

With me switching to a lower profile for the Abrams with the HSAK III package, removing the RWS loaders M249 and replacing the fictionalized CROWS with the LP CROWS, I will definitely be bringing back the cope cage as an optional installation piece.

The CITV already independently moves, if you were to switch to the loaders turned in seat you can control it from there. It is not controlled by the commanders turned in seat as it already controls the LP CROWS and wanted to prevent confusion with controls.

I will look into moving the drivers seat, but i've been told by one of my friends that it can lead to the tank bugging out when the drivers seat is on the turret, but that was in 1.6 or 1.5 and I will do some testing to see if has continued to do so in 1.7.

I tested the new tanks and love them! Great models, strong armor, and the lightless NVG system is perfect for stealth. A few suggestions:

Bring back the camo-coated cope cage as a separate piece to keep the brick count down.
The CITV has an amazing NVG view, but independent turret movement would be great.
Move the driver seat to the turret so the camera follows in alt mode.
Offer the removed armor as separate models for customization.
The engine is loud—maybe a smaller or electric engine with an idle whine like the AGT-1500.
Overall, an outstanding tank! I'd love thermal capability, but it doesn’t seem to work for me.
